USE OF THE SITE AND SERVICE
To access or use the Site, you must be 18 years of age or older and have the requisite power and authority to enter into these Terms and Conditions. Children under the age of 18 are prohibited from using the Site. Information provided on the Site and in the Service related to the creation and sale of products listed on the site and other information are subject to change. Shannie’s Crafts LLC makes no representation or warranty that the information provided, regardless of its source (the “Content”), is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. Shannie’s Crafts LLC disclaims all liability for any inaccuracy, error, or incompleteness in the Content.
LICENSE
By accessing this Site, you agree that you will not use what you have access to here to create a competing website, product, or service; and, that you will not create any work that compiles or derives from what you have access to here; and, that you will not use this Site or services in any manner that violates this agreement or any local, state, federal, or international laws.
PAYMENTS
You represent and warrant that when you make purchases from www.shanniescrafts.com that any credit card or payment information you give us is accurate and complete; and, any charges incurred by you will be honored by your financial institution or credit card company; and, you will pay the charges incurred by you, including any and all taxes; and, if your payment method is not honored for any reason, you will still pay any incurred charges, including any surcharge we may incur due to the failed payment.
You must provide current, complete, and accurate billing and credit card information. You must promptly update all billing information (such as billing address, card number, and expiration date) to keep your account current, complete, and accurate, and you must promptly contact us if your credit card is lost or stolen, or if you become aware of a potential breach of account security (such as an unauthorized disclosure or use of your Sign-In Name or Password).
You hereby authorize Shannie’s Crafts LLC to obtain or determine updated or replacement expiration dates for your credit card in the event that the credit card you provided us expires. We reserve the right to charge any renewal card issued to you to the same extent as the expired card. If payment is not received from your credit card issuer, you hereby agree to pay all amounts due upon demand. You agree to pay all costs of collection, including attorney’s fees and costs, on any outstanding balance. In certain instances, the issuer of your credit card may charge you a transaction fee or related charges, which you will be responsible to pay. You are advised to check with your bank and credit card issuer for details.
SHIPPING
We offer three shipping options:
- Free shipping on orders over $40.00
- Standard shipping (3-7 days after the product is made): 15% of the order total
- Expedited shipping (1-2 days after the product is made): 25% of the order total
Due to the handcrafted nature of our products and since they are made-to-order (meaning creation begins after we receive your order), orders may take up to 30 days to complete and will ship shortly thereafter. This may vary depending on the size of the order. Regardless of the shipping option you choose, delivery times are estimates and may vary. Our shipping fees are non-refundable, except in the case of order cancellation. We reserve the right to change shipping fees at any time without notice.
We use USPS and UPS for all shipments. At this time, we only ship to addresses within the continental United States and to U.S. territories, excluding P.O. boxes. Upon payment, you will receive an email confirmation with your order information. You will receive a shipping notification with tracking information via email when your order ships. Tracking information typically becomes available within 48 to 72 hours after shipping. In the unlikely event of a shipping error or issue, please contact us within 7 business days at orders@shanniescrafts.com with your order number so we can assist with a resolution.
REFUND AND RETURN POLICY
Due to the handcrafted nature of our products, your final product may exhibit slight variations from the Site images due to their unique nature. We take great pride in crafting each item with meticulous care and attention to detail, aiming to match or even surpass the quality of our Site images. As such, all sales are final.
We do understand that from time to time, damage may occur during transit. If your order is damaged upon receipt, please contact us via email at orders@shanniescrafts.com with your order number and a photo of the damaged item(s) and we will work with you to exchange or replace your item. Refunds due to damage during shipping are addressed on a case-by-case basis. If you have any questions about our Refund and Return Policy, please send an email to orders@shanniescrafts.com and we will be happy to assist you.
REQUEST FOR QUOTES FOR CUSTOM DESIGNS
Once this feature is launched, visitors to our Site may request a quote for a customized design from any of our product categories. By requesting a quote, Shannie’s Crafts LLC agrees to provide a design of the product, when applicable, based on consumer specifications and choices as well as a price estimate. Only after you agree to both the design, when applicable, and the price will we commence production. Depending on the product, minimum lead times and creation times will apply. Shannie’s Crafts LLC reserves the right to deny response to a quote and production of a design if you:
- do not provide adequate information, e.g. name and e-mail address, through which we may contact you;
- do not respond to e-mail correspondence after three attempts to contact you regarding your quote request and custom design; and/or
- place our team at risk in any way, i.e., threats, messages indicating harm, undue pressure, etc., during any point in the quote request, design, or creation process.

DISCLAIMER
The materials and products on www.shanniescrafts.com are provided on an 'as is' basis. Shannie’s Crafts LLC makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.
Further, Shannie’s Crafts LLC does not warrant or make any representations concerning the accuracy, likely results, or reliability of the use of the materials on its website or otherwise relating to such materials or on any sites linked to this site.

ARBITRATION MUST BE ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS. THIS MEANS NEITHER YOU NOR WE MAY JOIN OR CONSOLIDATE CLAIMS IN ARBITRATION BY OR AGAINST OTHER CUSTOMERS OR LITIGATE IN COURT OR ARBITRATE ANY CLAIMS AS A REPRESENTATIVE OR MEMBER OF A CLASS OR IN A PRIVATE ATTORNEY GENERAL CAPACITY.
